With over 15 years of legal experience and a practising lawyer since 2012, she has built a career defined by autonomy, preventive legal counsel and ongoing advisory relationships with companies and organisations.

At SAGA, she leads the legal function and is involved from the earliest stages in the structuring of the Group’s projects, investments and operations, ensuring the appropriate corporate, contractual and commercial frameworks are in place.

Her role spans all areas and teams within the Group, supporting decision-making, anticipating risks and securing the legal conditions required for the execution of strategy and the protection of the Group’s interests.

Prior to joining SAGA, she practised law independently, taking full responsibility for client advisory work and the conduct of both judicial and extrajudicial proceedings.

She holds a Law degree and a Master’s in Banking Law from Universidade Lusíada.
