An entrepreneur with over three decades of experience, he has built a career defined by the ability to recognise potential, structure investments and turn a vision into concrete projects.

That career began with the creation of CASALISBOA and CASAPORTO — cycles of design, interiors and architecture exhibitions held over more than a decade in buildings of recognised architectural significance in Lisbon and Porto.

Both initiatives contributed to recovering, reopening and returning to the city properties that had been vacant or in disrepair, while demonstrating the potential for use and value creation in assets and locations not yet fully recognised by the market.

This experience consolidated an approach that would define his entire career: understanding the identity and potential of each place, assembling the right capabilities and creating the conditions for economically sustainable transformation.

His work evolved towards strategic advisory to investors, opportunity identification, deal structuring and the creation of investment vehicles tailored to the nature of each project. Over the years, he has selected and developed singular assets in Portugal, bringing together reference teams and advisors across finance, law, tax, architecture, technical execution and operations.
