A civil engineer and manager with over three decades of experience, he has built a broad career across banking, construction, real estate development, asset management and investment, both in Portugal and in international markets.

At SAGA, he leads the operational execution of the Group’s strategy and oversees the development of its key projects. He ensures alignment across the technical, financial, commercial and operational dimensions of the business, coordinating teams, resources, timelines and objectives.

Throughout his career, he has held board and executive leadership roles, leading operations, multidisciplinary teams and large-scale projects across the residential, hospitality, corporate and infrastructure sectors. His track record includes responsibilities at SILVIP, ARCADIS and construction and investment groups operating across Europe, Africa and the Middle East.

He holds a degree in Civil Engineering from Instituto Superior Técnico, an Executive MBA from ISCTE, and a postgraduate qualification in Real Estate Management and Finance.
